Getting Started with Partner Center
Access Partner Center
- Go to partner.microsoft.com/dashboard
- Sign in with your work account (must be a Global Admin)
- Complete your organization profile if prompted
Key Areas in Partner Center

Enrolling in CSP (Cloud Solution Provider)
CSP lets you sell Microsoft cloud services directly to customers.
- Go to Account Settings > Programs
- Find Cloud Solution Provider and click Get Started
- Choose your model:

Managing Customers
Add a New Customer

Go to Customers > Add customer

Enter organization details:

Contact information

Send the reseller relationship invitation

Customer accepts via email link

Manage their subscriptions and provide admin access
Provision Subscriptions
- Select a customer from your list
- Click Add subscription
- Choose product (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, etc.)
- Select quantity and billing frequency
- Confirm the order
